SCEA ALAIN MOUEIX, a non-trading company registered under the SIREN number 331 395 251 and domiciled at Château Fonroque 33 330 Saint Emilion, sells wine bottles to members of its Club on its website http://chateaufonroque.net (hereinafter the “Site).
The terms “Château Fonroque”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Château Fonroque, in its capacity as controller of the personal data collected as part of your experience on our Site.

- when requesting invitations to tastings or other events.

- your contact details (postal address, e-mail address, telephone numbers);
- the identity (title, first name, surname) and contact details (e-mail address) of the person accompanying you to the various events;

When bank details are entered, they are collected via online payment solutions provided by our subcontractors and are under no circumstances transmitted to or retained by Château Fonroque. In addition, we pay close attention to the guarantees provided by the subcontractors we select.
