I. Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)<\/h2>\n

The present conditions apply exclusively to mail-order sales of wines and other products offered by CHATEAU FONROQUE <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>through our Club membership<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>. Unless expressly agreed upon in writing between the Parties, such as in commercial offers from CHATEAU FONROQUE, orders are automatically subject to the present general conditions of sale, regardless of any other clauses that may appear on documents completed by the Customer.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

II. Purchase<\/h2>\n

CHATEAU FONROQUE reserves the right to refuse the benefits of its offers to any individual or legal entity proven to be or represent a professional reseller. CHATEAU FONROQUE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with a dispute concerning a previous order. Offers are valid within the time limits and are subject to stock availability. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The quantities suggested by default in the shopping cart can be modified. However, to minimize the risk of breakage during transport, it is recommended to group these products in batches of six (6)\u00a0bottles or multiples of twelve (12) bottles.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Please be aware that products are available in limited stock, and special offers are confidential and time-limited.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All orders will only be validated and accepted upon full and simultaneous payment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

III. Prices<\/h2>\n

Our prices are quoted and include all taxes, except for Vins Primeurs (also known as Bordeaux Futures), and are applicable in mainland France. These prices are valid during the period mentioned in our commercial offers or quotations. Products will be invoiced based on the current price list at the time the order is placed. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

IV. Terms of Payment<\/h2>\n

When Customers pay for their orders on the website, CHATEAU FONROQUE does not have access to their bank details. Payment is made directly to the bank’s electronic payment solution, which is the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Sogecommerce<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em>\u00a0solution. Payment is made in full by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard), and the purchase is debited immediately.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If a payment is declined, the Customer should contact their bank to ensure that their financial accounts function correctly. CHATEAU FONROQUE cannot be held responsible in this situation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In the event of non-payment or rejection of payment, the Customer is responsible for late payment interest equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate, in addition to the principal amount due.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Our products will remain our property until we have received full payment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

V. Delivery and Acceptance<\/h2>\n

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. In the event of a change of address, the Customer is requested to notify CHATEAU FONROQUE.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery of your parcel to the same address. The products on the e-commerce site can only be delivered to the countries indicated on the Club. We will provide a postage cost quotation for all other deliveries that must be approved before dispatch.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Standard delivery service. Delivery will take place within 8 to 10 working days of receiving the order. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and days when SCEA ALAIN MOUEIX is closed. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or closed days are processed on the next working day. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

VI. Substitution <\/span><\/h2>\n

Some wines are quickly gaining popularity, causing stock shortages. We may need to provide a substitute wine of equal quality and price to ensure customer satisfaction. If this is not possible, we will issue a refund. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

VII. Right of Return <\/span><\/h2>\n

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14\u00a0days of receiving the order. The deadline is extended to the next working day if the 14-day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday. To exercise this right, Customers must return the products within the aforementioned period in their original, new, and undamaged condition.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
